Add the page to your Watchlist. Registered users who are logged in can add any article or discussion page to their watchlist. First click the down arrow to the right of the search bar, then click "Watch" Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destinationLogged-in users can add pages to their watchlist via this dropdown menu.
Go to your preferences. Under Email Options, click "Email me when a page or file on my watchlist is changed"
To remove a page from your Watchlist, click Special:EditWatchlist and follow the instructions. You can also use the drop-down menu on any page to "Unwatch" a page.
