GTFS Editor is a web-based GTFS editing framework developed by Conveyal. The editor requires Play Framework 1.2.x (does not work with Play 2.x), Postgresql 9.1+, and PostGIS 1.5+. It also requires local installation. In 2013, near its initial release, some developers found it difficult to install.[1]
